Registration fees must be mailed to IOOB MC P.O. Box 5163, Elko, NV. 89802. Checks must be made out to
IOOB MC Elko and postmarked by July 31, 2011. All fees paid for on-line registration are non-refundable. By
registering on-line participants agree to all terms listed above.
